You own the entire GoHighLevel sub-account, all workflows, all automations, all AI conversation flows, and all data inside it. You also receive the full training documentation and video library. The system lives in your GHL account — you can move it, modify it, expand it, or cancel GHL entirely and export your data. We retain no ownership or access after handover.
Yes — your system lives inside GoHighLevel, which has its own monthly subscription (typically $97–$297/month for the platform itself). We set up your sub-account as part of the build and walk you through the GHL billing setup. GHL is the infrastructure; we build the automation engine on top of it. This is separate from our one-time $4,997 fee.
After the 30-day post-launch period, you can add our monthly management package ($800–$1,200/month) where we handle all optimization, new automation builds as your business grows, monthly performance reviews, and support tickets. Many clients run the system independently using our training docs and only add management when they want to scale or add new automations. It's entirely optional and cancellable any time.
The $4,997 includes 30 days of post-launch monitoring and support, plus the full training library. After 30 days, support is available via our monthly management add-on or on a per-incident basis. During the build and the first 30 days, you have direct access to your build team via a shared Slack channel for questions, requests, and adjustments.
